Our site assessments are designed to alert the client of environmental issues such as business environmental risk, and both current and historically recognized conditions.
Greenleaf Management performs standard site assessments according to the EPA's All Appropriate Inquiries standard.
A short summary of procedures followed during a standard environmental site assessment are listed below:
Reconnaissance
Reconnaissance of the site consists of traversing the property looking for signs of potential environmental concerns. On-site and off-site reconnaissance will include interviewing personnel knowledgeable of the history of the site as well as photographing potential environmental concerns. At the clients request, we will perform asbestos and lead-based paint sampling in conjunction with the assessment.

- Review of state or local sources including information regarding underground storage tanks, and spills or leaks of waste or potentially hazardous substances.
